Three customized chain joint specifications are available to match different boiler tonnages: rolling-type & friction-type for small-medium capacity boilers, and optimized beam-separated chain joint for large-size industrial boilers. The rolling chain unit adopts high-precision ball bearing drive, lowering friction coefficient to 0.02 and cutting driving motor power consumption by 12% versus ordinary products; the split beam design separates thermal load and mechanical load, making heat-bearing grate pieces free from pulling stress and extending average service life from 3 years (industry average) to over 5 years.
